Yayyy!

Good news - Lexi's not preggers - just
put on some lard. We checked for her nipples
to see if they were "pinking" and narry
a plump pink nipple in sight. Which means
the vet said, no milk = not preggers. To confirm
would need an ultra sound, and since I'm short
on cash (spending it all on Diablo's arthritis
treatments!) he said not to worry.

He also told me that since I'd had her as outdoor/indoor
since last December, it was highly unlikely
she was an unfixed cat. An unfixed female would
go into heat pretty quick and get pregger
fast. Certainly with in a year!! Yayyy

Vet said her shape might be cause of the Manx
configuration - she is still slender
at the back, the weight seems to be on chest
and shoulders not middle or back
or belly (and you CAN pinch some
there - so there's fat over the muscles...)

And, I caught her chasing a vole/mole
last night! So, she's hunting and eating
most likely outside *sigh* on top of, I think
she's going over the neighbors house
2 rows down to visit a cat friend and snacking
/begging while there!!

Even tho I have her collared, belled and
tagged, plus feed her plenty good! Lexi's a real trip!!

So good news for me at anyrate!!

And Major Grey was spotted yesterday pm
round 6:30 checking out the yard for food.
He ate and left promptly. He's looking nice
and plump himself, so all the feeding him
up has helped I think...

Standby for trapping!!
I'm SOO happy
he's okay and Lexi's not preggers!!
