Hang in there. I understand wanting to get away so you can see how you feel. When I was in an abusive relationship he managed to strip away my ability to think for myself and I even started having negative thoughts about my parents and friends, not just myself. When I got to be away for a couple of days I realized what a Zombie I'd become and that it was okay for the woman in the restroom at the truck stop to talk to me. I'd gotten so down on myself that I honestly didn't know why she would want to initiate a conversation w/ me. So, while I do wish you could get counseling to help your family stay together, I also know your daughter needs at least one very loving and supportive parent. I hope you find the answers you need to providing the most stable home for her. Good luck. Hugs.

Well here it is. The baby and I are going to stay at my momma's for a while to sort things out.... that way if it's not permanent she won't have to adjust to anything major (she got so excited when I asked her if she wanted to stay a while at grandma's she's so innocent and sweet in all of this) so that is what's going on now... I have to say I'm proud of my husband and myself, we have not yet yelled since I found out. In fact I wish we could have communicated half as well before I found out cause we were always at each other's throats, but now there's an issue of trust that I never had to deal with before.... I really didn't believe this would ever happen

I'm doing better, keeping busy working a lot, anything to take me away from this house and keep my mind off it.... till I go to sleep (on the couch, my back is killing me). I have a lot of people at work who really care about me and a lot of people trying to look out for me. One of the perks of working in fast food--- these people are genuine. If they don't like you they let you know, if they do they let you know twice.

I like that philosophy!

Well that's how it is where I work, I know they arent all like that. But the more we bring in the better it seems to get (we run off the ones we don't like --not purposely they just can't handle not being in the circle and cause trouble)
