Attention all members

As of right now, all functions of this forum have been shut down except for posting. This means that sending PM's and emails and posting of photos is no longer possible. This is a TEMPORARY condition only until after we upgrade. We are doing this, so you all can still enjoy posting to each other here.Otherwise, we would have some major downtime and you would have no access to the forums.

Please note that we are upgrading starting today. I do not know how long this process will take, but until everything is running smoothly these features are shut off-

Posting photos
Sending emails
Sending PM's
Using the search features.

This message will be going into every forum- Mentors please make note of this, and we are sorry if this adds to your workload of sending out greetings-

If for some reason this doesn't work- then we will shut down the forums until they are running smoothly

woooooooooooooooo glad ya posted that "Hissy" i just checked my email had a pm from this morning i 'guess' and i couldnt get in my pm box so jcat if your out there i cant open it I thought something was wrong 'Hissy" Hope evrything is succesful in the upgrade with no hassels for you guys

Is this why I do not see the New Posts feature? I tend to click that when I log on - or rather click to this page (since I typically do not log out.) And tonight for some reason, I do not see "New Posts" or is it recemt posts anywhere???

That's why you're not seeing "New Posts", which is essentially one of the "search" features, all of which have been disabled temporarily.

Thank god... I was wondering what was going on myself. I knew I didn't do anything wrong, so that couldn't be it. Whew...... LOL

I have noticed that new pictures are being posted.. does this mean we can post pictures again. Or just some haven't read the message about not to?

I thought we just couldnt use attachments......i figured the pics coming off photobucket wouldnt effect the upgrade.......tell me if im wrong, so I stop posting pics.......though ive only posted one

Guess i should of come here first and had my few questions asked.... Doh!

I believe the restriction is only on Attached Photos that would be directly hosted on our server.

Yeah thats what I figured, links from photobucket wouldnt effect the server...i figured he would have disabled the photo button if it would.....thanx heidi
