I'm confused and would appreciate some help if possible...

I have 100 posts, and it says I'm an adult cat. I'm 21 years old. But when I try to reply to something in the IMO section, it says I don't have posting access or have been disabled.

I thought that once you had 100 and were over 18 you could respond there?

As an opinionated person, it's driving me crazy not to know why I can't express said opinions and so after a few days of failure to be able to reply, I'm just giving in and asking.

You have to be a member at least 30 days as well

As well as having 100 posts, being 18, you also have to have been a member for 30 days
