spaying an 8 month old male tabby

I would like to know if it is to late to spay my 8 month old male cat, he has never been outside.

I don't think he has reached sexual maturity, because I found an abandoned female cat who was pregnant and now I have 1 eight month old male cat, 1 adult female cat and 5 kittens. is it to late to spay the female cat as well?

The male cat helps the female cat take care of her kittens he standa guard while she take a break from feeding, he is very sweet and he curls up in the nest I made for the female cat and they all sleep together.

But I am very worried about it being to late for spaying please help me.

It's never too late to spay /neuter. My mom's Piper is a retired breeder who was only spayed last year at age 4 and she is doing great. My boy Loki whom I rescued at age 7 months was just neutered a week before I got him and he is also doing great.

Thanks for getting back to me, I am so happy its not to late
he is such a beutiful cat, and I guess I will be keeping the mommy cat I found. She is so petite, and her babies are so big they were born on February 14 starting about 7:00 AM I guess they were my little cupids.

Normally I've been told to spay/neuter earlier, but it's not too late! Hurry, hurry!

From what I've heard and read its never too late to spay or neuter. Of course the earlier the better, but 8 months is still quite young! Go get it done if you can!! I actually had my Sunshine spayed at 1.5 years old, and Cymone was done over a year as well. No problems w/ recovery either.
