black spots on nipple

I was petting my cat's belly last night and discovered that one of her nipples has tiny black, crusty spots on it. She's about a year old, and was recently spayed. Should I be concerned at all? Thanks =)

I`d just watch it and keep checking to make sure it is`nt growing. If it appears to be getting bigger then i`d certainlt get it check out by a vet.
