Hello everyone
. I have never had a time in my life that I didnt own cats but I have never belonged to a cat forum, so hi!
Right now I have 3 cats and 2 kittens (in adoption section). The cats are all rescue cases which I have found to be so awarding. Midnight is all all black kitty with a tiny bit of white on his chest. He was a death row kitty with a sign in his cage saying he was scheduled to be euthanized if he wasnt adopted within 12 hours. Of course we snatched him up and hes been living with us for 9 nine years now. He just went in for surgery after having a run in with some animal and has an infection in his poor little face. He is recovering wonderfully though
Shadow came next from a cat collectors house. She had over 500 cats and her house was so ad that it was to be condemed, meaning she had to find homes for her cats asap. She had at least five litters of kittens in boxes and the rest were cats. We must have taken in 30 of those cats and three of the litters to rehome (they all went wonderfully to new homes) but shadow captures our hearts and stayed with us. He is a grey tigerkitty and is so fluffy and stocky, hes like a giant teddy bear!
Next came Lily. We were at a Christmas part and this lady was walking around jokiningly asking if anyone wanted a kitty. Our sonar cat sensing ears picked up the word cat and asked about it. The cat belonged to her daughter and she didnt want her anymore and was gonna take her to a shelter. So home came Lily and what would be some kittens as well, 2 of which we still have.
So thats my kitty family and Im glad to be a part of this place!
