My daughter has her 20wk scan on Tuesday, she's hoping to find out the gender of the baby. But there's a chance they won't be able to find out, so just in case I thought I'd ask you to use your intuition to guess what the gender is. And if we find out, it'll be ineresting to know how many guessed it right, and if we don't find out then we'll have to wait till next March to see if it's right.

So let your mind go blank, and choose your first instinct. I won't tell you what they're hoping for so as not to influence your choices.

I voted boy but I am having a boy so maybe I am just pre-disposed now.

Congrats as well

I voted boy! All of the women in my dept. at work have boys, and out of my friends who have kids, all have boys, and one has a boy AND a girl. The moms say that at their toddlers' daycare, there are always more boys than girls, too!

But, I wonder, where are all the baby girls??

I kept thinking "it's a girl, it's a girl" the whole time I was reading your post, so maybe I'm right!
Congratulations! Whatever the gender, it's going to be perfect!

Thanks for the contributions. The scan went well, baby is spot on with all it's bits working and measurements.

But the awkward little mite hid it's 'bits' against my daughters bladder. So we'll have to wait till next March.

So this poll is about as close as we'll get to guessing until the big day.

I'll reveal now that they're hoping for a boy. Although they'll be happy with a healthy baby. My daughter thinks it's quite funny that they'll have to wait.

It's typical of the kids in our family. Awkward from day 1. We wouldn't have them any other way.

Just looking at the smilies and spotted this, thought it was funny although it has nothing to do with my message.
