Weepy eyes

This morning noticed that Sunday had a clear fluid (thin) about half a centimetre down either side of her little nose from both eyes.

I am going to take her to the vet tomorrow morning but I wondered if until then anyone could give me some clues as to what it sounds like, and also, how I should treat it before I take her to the vet?
