Hello kitty friends. It's been awfully quiet here lately. Are kitties taking longer naps now that the cooler weather has arrived? Mika and I paw the covers down on meowmy's bed and cuddle up under the quilt while meowmy and daddy are at work. Their bed is very comfy and warm.
Some mornings if I'm in their bed and covered up to my neck all warm and snuggly when meowmy gets up, she won't make the bed and disturb me. She will even crawl out of bed backwards across to daddy's side so I don't have to be disturbed. She waits and makes the bed when she gets home from work because she doesn't like a messy bed.
I think that's pretty thoughtful of her, don't you kitties?
Has anyone seen my bella Topaz? I've been missing her and Mika says she is missing Chip.
What IS that animal that's following Dougie around? It looks like a very large mouse! EEK.

i'm here - meowmy has been pretty busy at school this week. probably because report cards are coming out - i don't know what they are, but she talks about them. she was telling me what a good boy i'm being, 'cause i've been so much better about letting her brush me.

no, is still so hot we go to an outside pool. it gets to almos 87 or 90 here.

Nice sunny fall day here. Lots of sun spots to lie in. There is this wonderful black box that I like to jump in but Meomy sez that we shouldn't throw away a perfectly gud kitty
. She sez it is the trash and tat I'm not trash.
Todey's meomy's b-day so we've got chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting for everyone.
So everyone enjoy and we will check in later.

My meowmy loves birthday cake too! She and my human sissy were at a bakery in a little town near where we live (actually me and Mika went with them for the ride) last Sunday and they ordered a birthday cake to be ready this Saturday (tomorrow). The lady asked meowmy what to write on the cake and meowmy said "Just because". Just because there's no reason for the cake - she just likes birthday cake.
