Our dear friend Eddie is going through quite an ordeal right now, and she believes in our board so strongly, she has asked that we all join together to pray for her and send positive vibes during this difficult time.
Eddie's blood work has shown a troublesome irregularity and her Drs. have identified numerous cysts, one of which is the size of a grapefruit, that require immediate removal. She will be having major surgery tomorrow (Fri.) morning to remove the organs involved, following which biopsies will be sent to the lab which will give more indication where to go from there. Without being too specific, the location of the cysts is down south, not up north.
Eddie wants to assure everyone that she has her family's full support and Eric and his family are right by her side. Finances are not an issue because she is is being paid in full during her leave, and she has excellent insurance, as well.
Naturally, she is frightened by this turn of events. Please, let's all keep Eddie in our prayers and thoughts, sending her all the positive vibes we possible can. We've seen so many miracles occur when we join together for our friends, and we all know Eddie is so often the one cheering and encouraging us! She is grateful for our strength!
