I have chicken breasts marinating in a sesame garlic sauce right now. I'm debating if I should bake or grill the chicken. I think we are going to have a big salad with it.

Slow cooked chicken biryani, with basmati rice and chickpeas fried in sambal oelek.
Had a hankering for some Indian food. Too bad I can't whip up some naan to go with it.

I thought it was the perfect evening to have some grilled cheese and tomato soup since it's pretty cold out

Got a choice here on leftovers from the last few nights....either cheesy tuna casserole, meatloaf & baked taters or chicken with homemade noodles over mashed potaotes. For veggies you can either have green beans with cream of mushroom soup or a fresh salad. So sorry about dessert though...I ate the last choc brownie with cream cheese frosting just awhile ago with my coffee.(and it WAS yummy!)

I LOVE me some grilled cheese and tomato soup! I think that might be kind of a girly meal, though, as none of the men I know ever seem all that enthused about it.

Tonight, though, I made beef pot pie using Tuesday's pot roast leftovers, some red wine and thyme-infused gravy I whipped up, and a homemade crust. Mmm, mmm, good.
