I know there have been posts on this before, but I can't find them right now and am so excited that I have to share!
I ordered Oliver a hoodie sweatshirt through an ebay store and it came today! It's simply plain navy blue, but it's ADORABLE!
I can't remember exactly how much it cost and I can look up the store link if anyone's interested, but she asks for several measurements of your animal and then custom makes whatever it is you order! It fits purrrfectly (although, he's not too happy about wearing it yet
)! I'm getting him more and more used to wearing kitty clothes, just cuz I think it's adorable - he's got this hoodie, a bathrobe (for after bath warm-up) and a halloween costume along with his various bandanas (which he looovvveeesss)... I don't have a digital or any film right now, but I'll try to remember to get Jim to take a pic with his digital when he's here next week and I'll post it... the only modification I might make to it is add a buttonhole so he can be harnessed underneath it and his leash will fit through (I plan to put it on him when we travel home for Christmas)... just so excited, had to share!

That sounds so cute! Maybe I should look into one for Bijou since he loves to go outside even in the snow.

That's the link for the ebay store... the woman's name is Larisa and she's amazing! Very promptly responds to emails and is extremely nice! I'm sure if there's something you want and don't see, she'll try to help you out... I let her know I was telling everyone here about her store - I'm gonna try to send any pics of him in it to her as well, as she requested them!

I'd love to hear anything that any of y'all get from her! I bet kitties that go out in the snow would love to have a hoodie!

Speaking of kitty clothes I'd love to get a little witch hat or pumpkin shirt or something Halloweeny for my kitty to wear at our Halloween party.
I see them for dogs all the time.
Do they make them for cats and where can I buy one?

I'd also like to informally request some online pictures of him in said hoodie. It sounds too adorable to miss out on! Blue would be such a great colour for him too

Psh, if I thought Luci would stand for clothes, I'd have him walk around in a top-hat and kittytux all day. As it is, he'd shred me to bits and never have anything to do with me ever again!

I will definitely try to get pics up! He's not too fond on wearing it yet, but hes getting better... as far as the halloween stuff, i bought him a pirate costume that's size small for dogs (Ollie is 14 pounds though) from walmart... look around walmart and the pet stores and you should find something! Blue is definitely Oliver's color! He looks absolutely hansome in it and it's my school color as well so it all works out!! Anyway, I'll try to get pics up as soon as I can next week!

Thanks for the link! I'm always looking for places with different clothes. I usually get a medium if it's a shrinkable material and a small if it's not. Mediums are usually long enough, but too big around the chest and smalls are a little too short. They work, but it would still be nice to have them custom-fit.

Oh my! I just did a quick browse and found some really cute stuff!
Her prices are extremely reasonable too, especially considering they're custom-made!

So I broke down yesterday and bought a digital from walmart
(even though I'm a pretty poor college student - it'll save on film developing in the long run).... Oliver's due for his monthly bath today
, so I'll try to get a shot of him in his hoodie and then his pirate halloween costume beforehand and then in his bathrobe afterwards... not sure when I'll actually get them posted, but wanted to let y'all know they'll be up soon!

PS: I'll prolly also post halloween pics of him and his mommy and him and his daddy, all as pirates!

Awww - What a sweetheart!!! Does he mind wearing the costumes?

He looks like he is totally peed off in his bathrobe though!!! But thats more likely because of the bath!!!

He stands still for a bath?!?! What type of cat is this??? I would have thought you would have to shove him in their to keep him still!! What a good boy!!

So he's not too fond of the costume.... acts like his head weighs 800 pounds when we put it on, but we don't leave it on for long - sure is adorable though! As for his baths, he is definitely a VERY GOOD boy for them! Once he's wet, he gets the idea that it's not worth fighting, but he will let out a cry or two towards the end like "ok mommy, I've had about enough let's wrap this up please".... plus he's harnessed and he's usually pretty calm in his harness (he gets a bath monthly, so he's used to it - also, he was a stray so i'm sure he's used to the occasional rain shower)... I'm glad y'all liked the pictures! And thanks for all the compliments!

Oh gosh! That`s so funny. He`s cute.
I had a friend whos little girl would dress her tabby up in doll clothes all the time ...and then walk him in her doll buggy....and he`d let her do just about anything and still purr!
I can`t even imagine either of mine standing for it for a split second!
