Kitten about 16 weeks old, We have had her for 4 weeks now, and she has been great when it comes to litter box until this week... She has peed in the bath tube 3-4 times, and as far as i know, has recently peed on one of her tunnel toys. In between these pee's she has peed once or twice in the litter box... What do I do?

I have called the vet waiting for a call back. we have a vet that comes to the house, she was seen about a week ago, just before this all started to happen.
