Ok, I can guess. You must have made an unfortunate typo, with a letter close to the "w"- have a look at your keyboard. And the site is programmed to automatically replace specific naughty words with ****. At least, that's what happens on other boards I frequent.
Sarah Sammies correct. I knew the word you were saying but the systems picked it up to be sounding like a swear word.

I'm so glad you all knew what I meant!
I didn't see the post, but as soon as I saw your query I knew what had happened. Those four letters begin my surname, and from time to time, someone has finger trouble and unintentionally substitutes an 's' for the 'w'. It's always a bit of a start
