I have started to introduce my new little girl Furball (I finally named her) to the litter tray. She doen't seem to know what to do,but I suspect it'll get better. She has also not had an appetite today. She hasn't been waking up at all. I've woke her up several times today to stimulate her and she does urinate. When I attempt to nurse her, she turns away from the nipple. She has eaten almost nothing today. Should I wake her more often? Is this normal affects of being dewormed and on antibiotics? What should I do?

Some kittens will take longer to get the hang of using the litter box than others. It just takes patience. Hang in there!
How old is Furball ,and is she a bottle baby? Somtimes after shots kittens and cats will just lay around sleep. This normally doesn't go on for more than 24 hrs. When Silt my little boy got his first shots all he would do is sleep. The next day he was back to normal though. If your kitten isn't better by tomarrow then call a vet for first hand advice. Remember they can't charge you for calling. Good luck with your baby.

That sounds scary to me. Any major behavior change needs to be addressed, and with her being so young she can't afford to miss any feedings. Please call the vet and see if they will check her today!

I think that at such a young age she needs fairly frequent feeding. Please try to get her back to the vet as quickly as possible, like NOW.

The vet said that while she is very small, I shouldn't be too alarmed right now. She has fed normally today. I am increasing her feedings to whatever I can get her to eat every 3 hours. I was waking her to be fed every 4 to 5 hours. She seems to be feeding fairly well today. I do not have a scale so I can't tell if she's gaining at all, but she has another check up with the vet in 3 weeks.

I'm so happy to hear she has eaten normally today. I guess I didn't read your post carefully and thought she had just been sleeping and not being fed.

Sounds like you are doing fine - sorry for jumping the gun and not paying attention.

how much would a 31/2 to 4 week old kitten be expected to weigh normally?
