We Love Smudge

Poor Smudgie - there was a yellow stain on my comforter on my bed today. I'm not sure which end it came out of, but I feel sorry for him. Cats are so fastidious about where they potty, if it was potty, I'm sure he feels terrible.
Force fed him a little today. He walks around ok, but I thought he lost his balance once. I haven't heard about the tests, but I think I'm going to call our vet anyway, the regular vet, and see if they can look at him, just to see if there's anything they can do. I'll let y'all know if I hear anything on the test!

They told us that it might be Monday. So any time now, I guess.

It is with a very heavy heart that I type this. Smudge will be going to the Bridge today. He's not eaten since Friday, or possibly Thursday, and we've been force feeding him. He's not liking that one bit, and it's just inhumane to continue. We're going to let him spend his last day in peace with Elsa on the couch with no icky medicine or syringe forced between his little teeth.
It'll be about 5:00 our time. Think of us please, and I'll let everyone know when it is done.

we think we all need to hug eech offer, ok? this is a sad day. cause we love smudge and are gonna miss him.
I am so sorry and I commend you in every way possible for all you have done. I just wish, like all of us, that you and Smudge had not had to go through this terrible experience. May Smudge find peace.
By now Smudge is at peace and looking for Mouse and other cat site friends at the bridge.
