update on abandoned kitten!

Wow, this kitten is a little girl! She weighs 4 oz which the vet said was not much for a 3 week old kitten. She has an upper respiratory infection which she is now on an antibiotic for along with an ointment for her yucky eyes. Further she has roundworms which are being passed LOTS through her diarrhea now that she has had a deworming this morning. She also has fleas, which I am trying to remove with a flea comb. That part seems to be going well. I am keeping this kitten away from my other kittens and my cat(as well as my children) since it has roundworms pretty bad. With frequent handwashing and cleaning of the kittens box on my part I hope that this kitten will begin to improve now. After taking it to the vet, I'm pretty certain that it would have died had it remained outside.
