This has been a happy week for me for two reasons --
One, I have gotten to use some vacation time so I've had a couple of "short" work days and been able to get a lot done around the apartment.
And two, the weather here in Kansas City has been gloomy, rainy, foggy, and miserable up until today. I'm going to sound like Cruella DeVil or something, but I just *adore* gloomy weather and fog -- because it's good CUDDLING weather, and believe me, I've been taking full advantage of it. LOL Thisbe, Cushie, and Marnie have all had a relaxing cuddle with their adoring Mommy and I'm actually looking forward to winter because they're such good bed warmers.

I got to spend the night with my Mums ex boyfriend, for those of you who don't me - he's more like my Dad. It was so much fun, we had really nice food to eat!

I was very happy yesterday. Even though a hurricane blew through, the weather behind it was BEAUTIFUL (still is), minus it being a cold front, and Tiffany and I took a brisk and relaxing walk in the park behind our complex. Then last night Derek (the guys Tiff's kind of with) and Eric (not with him, but he does have feelings for me) made Tiff and I an insane dinner. I'm talking three different appetizers (which we got to eat while they were still slaving away), chardonnay, a full dinner, and Dove ice cream bars at the end. Tiff and I couldn't believe it. It was definitely a happy time.
