what's your morning routine?

I roll out of bed at 7:30, feed the dog, feed the cat, get dressed, check my email as I have breakfast, clean the litter box, brush my teeth (by now it's 8:10), wake up my fiance, wait until he staggers off to the bathroom so that I can make the bed, make the bed with Nikita's (cat) "help", put my socks on. If I still have to wait for Gene, I'll pull out the laser pointer and give the cat a bit of a workout. When we're both ready, I put on my shoes and we go down to the kitchen, I get my lunch, he gets his pop, and we're out the door by 8:20.

For days I have to drive into the office, it's up at 5:30, feed the cats, get dressed (I usually shower at night), brush teeth, do hair (and if I'm feeling especially efficient, makeup), and out the door by 6:30.

For days I work from home, it's roll out of bed at 6:30, feed the cats (and sometimes the fish), and hit the PC.

I am up at 7, go to the bathroom, take Watson out to pee/poop, feed Watson & Mittens, throw in a load of laundry, eat breakfast while I check my email, weather, bank account, and my online classes all while watching the episode of Bold & the Beautiful from the day before. Then I hop into the shower about 8am and am out the door about 8:50 to get to work by 9am.

Oh no where to begin. Up at 5:00am. This is my quiet time with the cats lots of lovin and rubbin. Wake up boys at 5:45. Send them off at 6:20. Wake hubby take shower. Feed the cats,dogs,dragons and turtles. Then scoot out the door at 7:00am for work.

Up at 4:50 am, clean up, brush teeth, get dressed, feed insiders, feed outsiders, grab some coffee so I can see, clean out litter box, make sure water is up to par, try to get breakfast and out by 6:15.

Up at 5:00 am, potty,let the kitties out ,make coffee, make hubbys breakfast and pack his lunch and get him off to work.
Then feed and water the kitties, scoop thier litter then play awhile with them, then housework, gardening, craft projects or running off with frineds for a fun day shopping and or out to lunch.....back in time to fix supper before hubby gets home, feed and water the kitties, spend evening with hubby (and sometimes other family of friends)
Scoop and to bed between 9-10 for hubby....TV and kitty playtime for me, Toby and Tedy till 11-1am.

Weekdays:

1. Mom comes in and wakes me up at 7am
2. Find someway to throw the BIGGEST tantrum to let mom know I'm not happy about waking up. (Mostly includes throwing of shoes.)
3. Sleep for 15 minutes longer.
4. Mom comes in and screams "WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE GET YOUR BUTT OUT OF BED!"
5. FINALLY get up at 7:20.
6. Go to bathroom and brush teeth.
7. Go back into my room and put on some clothes.
8. Spend 3 minutes putting on shoes.
9. Go back to bathroom and brush hair.
10. Run around the house trying to find everything I need for school.
11. Leave to go to school, while hearing mom lecture me about being late.

Weekends

1. There is no such thing as getting up TOO late.
2. Wake up at I don't know when..then go back to sleep.
3. Wake up again..have trouble going back to sleep.
4. Check clock..it's noon..time to get up.
5. Don't bother getting dressed just brush teeth.
6. Enjoy the day off.

My schedule is the coolest ever..don't you think?

Kitties wake me up at 6.45am and we have a cuddle til about 7am. Feed kitties, make coffee, use toilet, brush teeth then shower followed by hair, makeup & getting dressed. Have time to make a fuss of kitties & make lunch before heading off at 8.10am.

Wake up at 7:50 if i have school wake up at 8:50 if i have work, take a shower, put makeup on do my hair(which only consists of blowdrying my bangs lol) let the dogs out, and leave by 8:30(school) 9:45(work) oh and let the dogs back in.....lol

Wake up at 7:00, get kisses from Harley, go take shower, get dressed, do hair/makeup, feed Harley, play with him until he decides he's ready to eat, wake up John, finish playing with Harley and cuddle with him until John is ready for work, and we're out the door at 7:45...pretty boring routine!!

I was just reading when all of you get up.....OMG
I have afternoon classes..so ummm i wont tell you what time i get up......

Feed the kits
sit on the couch blindly staring at my kits eat for like 15 minutes
1st attept to wake up John
Scoop the boxes
sit on the couch staring blindly..again (10min)
2nd attempt to wake up John
Eat breakfast
check online stuff...TCS, Email
3rd and final attempt to wake up John...sucsess!
Shower, brush teeth, brush hair, get dressed
Grab school stuff and water....
declare which cat is in charge while we are gone...
go to class

Tripod wakes me up at 6:30. I pet him. I reach down to the bottom of the bed and pet Oliver. I pray and cuddle my BF and the cats. Get up at 6:45. I put away the dishes from the night before, wash the kitty dishes, feed the kitties, pour 2 glasses of milk and get out the vitamins. Take one and give one to my BF if he's out of the bathroom yet.

Then I use the bathroom, wash or shower and brush my teeth.

Then I make lunches and tell my BF to be careful and kiss him as he leaves for work.

After that I get dressed, gather everything I'll need for the day, give the kitties treats, pet them and tell them to have a good day.

Out the door at 7:15.

lol when i worked at a hotel i had to be up at 4 am to get to work at 5:30 am....so im actually sleeping in now =0)

Hear alarm at 6.00, dig BF in the ribs to make the noise go away.

Snuggle with BF and kitties until alarm goes off again around 6.15.

Shower and read email while doing make up, hair and snuggling kitties.

Leave at 7, pick up tea and bagel at local coffee shop to eat at work.

6:30- alarm goes off- hit snooze.
6:44- again hit it! Husband moans- turn it off!
Snuggle with kitties if they are in bed.
Between 7 and 7:15- actually wake up.
Feed kitties- this takes the most time?!
Get dressed, eat food if enough time in front of news.
Throw 2 diet cokes and frozen meal in shopping bag for lunch. Pour drink for car and take pills. Find keys, purse, cell phone and work ID. Pet Rocky if he's being cute. Leave between 7:35 and 7:45 so I'm between 5 and 15 minutes late to work (at 8).

Wake up around 9, pee-dance my way into the kitchen to get Cupid's food, take his food into his room, take litter box into bathroom, potty, scoop box, return box, go make fruit smoothie or grab a breakfast bar and a bottle of water, check email, browse daily websites, watch The View or Ellen and maybe eat a snack depending on how long I browsed. Sometimes I feel like doing yoga/pilates after the show or I do treadmill/gazelle during the show. Then I'm ready to get ready and run errands or go to lunch w/my friends if it's lunch time (around 1). That's the my morning!

6.30am - hit snooze button about 50 times.

Wake up 6:30 - feed cats and Jazz and brush my teeth
Go back to bed for awhile watch TV and then snooze till 7:15

Leave the house at 8:10

Routine?! YOu guys have routine!? Hrmn.... I suppose mine at the moment consists of get up, feed cat, do laundry.
