how do i fix my avatar and post a little picture like everyone? thanks

You can only put an individual picture in your avatar after you have posted a certain amount of times and have belonged to the site for a certain amount of days.

I'm not exactly sure what the cut off is though!!! I think you get to put one of the preset avatars on at 20 posts.
