Hello everyone.
This is such a warm and great forum. I'm really glad I found you guys.
I'm 33, F, and I live in Florida where I work as a live in nanny. I've been catless for a long time but I used to care for lots of ferals and fosters as well as caring for my own permanant kitties. The sweeytest cat I've ever had was a bottle baby named Chess. He grew up to be a HUGE orange tabby with a sweet nature.
When I was evicted I had to find a home for him, knowing I'd probably never get him back. It really broke my heart even though I knew he was well cared for. I just lived catless for years after. When a friend asked me if I could foster two kitlings abandoned by their feral mom I just had to say yes.
I lost the Female black. Her name was Minna. The dewormer my vet gave me didn't work quickly enough to save her. Her brother Moogle is doing VERY well though, as has been well documented in another thread.
So here I am, with Bast's mark on me once more. Hi
