I noticed last night right before bed that Madden had a little bit of dark crusty stuff around the sides of his nostrils and his right eye was running a little bit. His eyes have ran a little since I got him, but this is the first time I've seen his nose crusty too. He isn't coughing or sneezing and his breathing dosen't sound congested so I don't know if its a respiratory infection or not. Any help would be greatly appriciated! Thanks!

Might be...or allergies...cats can have them too. Is the 3rd eyeylid showing at all ?(from the inner sides of his eyes...will sort of make him look "cross-eyed" if it is) That is a sure sign that he is not well....otherwise , i`d watch him for a day or so to see if he is better on his own...as long as he is eating, drinking, pooping and peeing and acting OK. If he is not better soon or worsens then i would take him to the vet.
I hope you are better soon Madden!

Nope the third eyelid isn't showing at all. Everything seems normal except for the "crusties". Thanks for the advice, I feel better about it now!
