Transition out to inside

How do I get my outside female cat INSIDE with the other two? she was an indoor cat until my daughter was born, and during MY postpartum stress, The cats were jealous of the baby... They ripped down my curtains, and knocked sterilized bottles off the counter, as well as chewing the nipples off of the Boiled bottles (I could understand if milk was in them)... It was a bad time and They wound up outside... While Ambriel "disappeared" (We have a "Cat Lady" in town) Josie will now not come back inside... she comes in sniffs and runs out again. I don't know if it is the other cats or what but I would like her inside again....any suggestions on the transition?

That is a tough one after she has gotten used to the outside. Good luck.
