Vibes and prayers please!

My mom just called to tell me that my young cousin, who is a Marine and has been in Iraq for five weeks, has been injured.

His unit was struck with a bomb. Only five of the fifteen of them survived, so we're incredibly thankful that he's alive. (He had a grenade strapped to his waist. The bomb blast was hot enough to melt the gun he was holding, but, miraculously, did not set off the grenade.) He's been badly burned, though, and they may need to amputate his foot.

So...I think he could use some of that TCS magic! I'd really appreciate it if you keep him, and the other survivors in his unit, in your prayers!

Prayers for your cousin and for all the men and women who put themselves in harms way for us. We will be remembering him and praying that he will not lose his foot. We serve a big God and he is able to heal.
