Anassa and the ghost crab -

when it gets late, around 11pm, these crabs come out in their hundreds, i had to be careful when getting up in the middle of the night lol, they also get into everything, including the tent if it isn't zipped up tight

The sunset -

My goodness, how much has Anassa grown!

Tee hee, when I read that you'd been camping, I thought, at least you got out of Yalgoo (

she has grown a lot hey
she's nearly as tall as me when she stands up on her back legs, i love her so much

it was fantastic to get away, i could have stayed there forever if i didn't have two little kits waiting for me at home

i'm glad you liked the photo's

oh, i nearly forgot, the ghost crab got it's revenge on anassa for ruining it's day.

one of nass's smacko's went missing and i assumed she buried it, the next morning however, i found it -

(no crabs were harmed in the taking of these photo's)

Yes Ruby seems to think that body-slamming is the acceptable way to greet another dog. Haven't quite beaten that out of her yet...lol lol

nassa just gets way too excited, she pushes her front paws on the ground and sticks her butt in the air while wagging her tail

she's also very bossy and tries to have everything her own way, whe max stays over she stands between both bowls of food and growls at him when he tries to get to one
max is a friends dog, he's a lab cross rottweiler.

he gets her back though lol

they sound like they would get along very well

when we take nass to the beach, she sprints like a greyhound and runs for hours, she has soooo much energy!

we took her to the beach yesterday and she went in the water for the first time without me carrying her in, she kept grabbing peices of seaweed from the water and tossing them in the air, she also runs her head under the water like a duck lol

Thank you for sharing you lovely photos with all of us. The sand crabs and the beach-sunset photos actually reminded me of when my family lived for 2 years in Liberia, W. Africa. I really enjoyed seeing them.
