Cupid wakes me up at 9-9:30am and I go to bed around 12-2am--so about 7-9.5 hours, but I'd say typically in the middle somewhere, like 8.

I go to bed around 10-10:30, because bf wakes up at 4am and I like to go to bed with him. I get up at 7. so I get like 8-9 hours of sleep a night, he gets 5-6 hours. And I'm always the tired one!

I alway's had trouble getting to sleep, every little sound bothered me, The Ambiem makes you go right to sleep and I do sleep longer at one time, but still wakeing up but longer in between, and one thing about it, you really don't feel like a drunk when you get up in the morning.

I average between 7 and hours during the week, more on the weekend, if I don't have to get up early for anything. On weeknights, I'm usually in bed between 10 and 10:30, and read or watch TV for a while. Most mornings I'm up by 6:00. Sometimes, I try hitting the snooze alarm, but it doesn't do any good trying to get back to sleep when I've got Peter standing on top of me poking his nose in my eyes and Grace on the pillow biting my ears!

I have a sleep disorder so I'm sort of all across the board. I am on medication for the night terrors / sleepwalking / nightmares, BUT, I still have issues during certain "hormonal times of the month"...

so when I'm riding the PMS rollercoaster, I'll be found running from my bed, down the stairs, for no reason. Or sitting up in bed seeing monsters in my bedroom. I TRY to get to bed by 9pm each night and then awake to a warm, furry alarm clock (
Snickers
) BUT, the dang sleep disorder is so awful I usually get like 6 hours of 'good' sleep.

I ENVY you people out there who fall asleep like *that*, sleep a full night, have no nightmares & don't run around your house in your underwear at night.

I need a good 8 hours in bed, seldom will I get that solid sleep though. My DH is a snooze hitter, and geez, having the alarm go off 5 times in a row from 5:45 kinda wakes me up too ya'know?

I like to wake up to the radio playing music, like marie-p.

I go to bed usually sometime between 11:00pm-1:00am and we get up at 5:00am...so I get 4-6 hours....1 or 2 more on the weekends. (Hubby goes to bed at 9:00pm...he drives truck ..and has always required more sleep than me)

I usually get 8 or more, now it's not a steady eight hours since I get up and down several times but I still try to get at least eight and more on weekends usually. I love to sleep!

Well I try to get 8 hours. I get to bed around 10:00 p.m. and wake up for work at 6:00 a.m., but it takes me about an hour to get to sleep and I am in and out of sleep all night long, I haven't had a straight night of sleep in a long time, I've tried so many ways to help me sleep but nothing seems to work.

I do drink hot milk and read my Cat Fancy while in bed and that makes me fall asleep a lot faster. How can I sleep all night with out waking up????

Honestly, I wish I could get more, but as of right now, around 7 hours a night. That's the new highschool sleep schedule.
