I go to bed about 10.30pm and my alarm (being the two kitties) wakes me up at about 6.45am. So that's about 8 hours. On the weekends I get about the same, except I go to bed later and get up later (kitties permitting!). I can't stay in bed for much longer as I find it makes me feel awful for the whole day. My Dad can survive quite happily on about 6 hours sleep.

How much sleep do you get, and how much do you need?

I generally go to bed at around 1-2am, and get up at around 7, or 7:30am. So 6 or 5 hours... I used to get less when I volunteered full time and had a bunch of foster kitties.

6-8 hours a night on the weekdays and about 4-5 on the weekends since I intern on Saturdays. I think Sundays are my only day I can actually sleep in atleast for the next few months.

I usually get around 8 hours on weekdays, I'm completely useless if I don't
And on weekends I get around 10 hours (that's without kitty wake-up calls
).

I usually go to bed around 10 or 11pm and get up around 6:30 or 7am.

I have the same schedule for week and weekends. Since I'm a student, there's no such thing for me as a day off, even when I have no class!

actually, my alarm is set for 5:45am but it's on the radio, on a station that plays only classical music. It usually wakes me up slowly. The way I see it, if classical music doesn't wake me up, it means I need more sleep!

usually around 5 or 6 hours weeknites-- about the same weekends but i NEED about 8-12 hours-- the reason i dont sleep alot duringthe weekend is hubby is working 2 fulltime jobs and i cant sleep with him not in the house. So my body/mind stay awake until right before i know he should be home around 1230 or so. I need to go to bed around 10 at the latest to feel my best but it never works out like that. PB wakes me up everymorning kneading my hair after my alarm clock has gone off once around 6 am-- he starts using claws around 645 which means he wants me up then so he can eat. So thats usually when i get up. some weekends he will let me sleep in, but the kids dont-- they are up by 7 am every morning usually 530 on saturdays

When I do bottle-babies- not hardly any at all. Because I do most of my writing at night- I usually get around 5-6 hours of sleep. I am up at 6:00 a.m. every morning regardless to feed all the animals. But first I have one cup of coffee.

When I was working... about 6 hours
Before I got the kitten... about 8 hours
After the kitten... none

I've been having a hard time sleeping. It's either the kitten waking me up, me worrying about the kitten, or the boy snoring that keeps me up. I probably had about 3 hours of sleep tonight.

I used to have a fairly regular sleep pattern but now that my life has totally changed it's VERY erratic. I've been going to sleep at really random times. It's either been really early in the morning like 4:30 or like last night when I finally got to bed at a normal time, 12:30. I can tell you that I really need to start sleeping more again. I'm going to totally run myself down.

Not nearly enough
! We actually get in bed about 8:30-9 or so, read for a bit then turn out the lights. We will usually get up the next morning anywhere between 7:30-8:30. That's 12 hours
. But actual sleep during that time? Probably closer to 6 or 7
between waking up during the night and not being able to get back to sleep, a twitching/jerking hubby, cats insisting on sleeping on my head etc., etc.

As sickly as I tend to be, I need a lot of sleep. I normally go to sleep around 10 am and wake up at 6:30am during the week. On the weekends, I go to sleep around 11-ish and then Her Highness Cosette starts smacking me on the face around 7am
.
