PHP help

Hi,
I know this is rather an inappropriate place to ask for help on PHP. But I hope someone can help me out. I'm doing my final year project (I'm in my final year at Uni), I'm doing this e-office application with 2 other students. I'm suppose to do 3 modules which one of it is the buletin board. I need help in the 'view' part. We agreed on having the users view by date and department. The 'view by date', I got how to list the dates but don't know how to link the date to the list of notices posted on that day. I've tried several books and programming sites, still can't find the right codes. If anyone could help, please do. Thanks.

Have you tried to check different sites...like CGI or Experts Exchange??? They're all into programming. You can get some tutorials or you can ask and I'm sure someone could give you a direct answer. I gave you the link to PHP...
