Ok confession time------

What do you have on hand to snack on and drink when you are at the computer?

Mornings for me is coffee and maybe toast

Afternoons- a piece of fruit and diet soda

Nighttime is Coffee and something sweet---

Wow, Hissy, coffee at night? I'd be awake all night if that was the case!

Believe it or not...my "snack" at the 'puter is usually a tall glass of water...maybe a diet soda...but I rarely eat at the computer. My boyfriend is a tech nerd and gets upset if I eat something near his "baby" LOL...I've got a tall drink of H2O right now!

Right now it's pizza and a beer!

usually pepsi or kooliad and..oreo golden with chocolate in the middle

Mornings = coffee and toast
Afternoons =sweet tea and yogurt (has to be something I can share with the birds without guilt).
Evenings =coffee, or sweet tea, or diet coke, no snacks

Diet 7 Up. Although, I do usually eat my meals at the computer, but I usually don't have any snacks.

I always have water beside me. Sometimes I have snacks; like right now I'm having some Hershey's Almond and Toffee Swoops!

They're made about 20 minutes away from my house.....and they wonder why Lancaster County, PA residents are so fat....??!!!!

Although, just as I came on and saw this thread, I was just popping some Tastycakes in my mouth.

Currently some reduced fat wheat thins and water...


Meish is enjoying the wheat thins too..... weirdo

At the moment, not a thing -- though I wouldn't be surprised if my sweetie arrived with a scotch in his hand anytime now -- and maybe some junk food -- there's no popcorn in the house, so probably some Miss Vickie's chips.

Mornings, it's coffee, and sometimes some buttered fruit bread. Evenings, almost never anything, since we eat dinner late, and I'm mostly not interested in anything more before bed.

and about 8 trips outside to the porch to smoke

Ahh yes, forgot the nasty vice, I too make serveral trips out to the patio.

coffee, sometimes an apple

lol I'm usually just getting home and having dinner when I'm on the comp here. So its dinner, whatever I have around to drink, and maybe some ice cream on the side!

Right now it's Bailey's. But usually the only thing I drink is Turkey Hill Iced Tea.

And my favorite snack at the moment is Sun Chips. Mmmmm!

Morning - Chocolate soymilk & a wholegrain waffle
Afternoon - Coke & Reduced Fat Wheat Thins
Evening - Water & something sweet, like animal crackers or lowfat cookies

There's always a big bag of sunflower seeds and a cup of water, on my computer desk.
