Resizing the Pictures in my Signature?

Anyone here have any idea how I might be able to resize the pictures on my signature? I don't have a photo editing program. I do have Paint. I edit mypictures using Yahoo! Photos, I upload them from my computer to their, and then I can add borders, or add a cool image filter. I can crop, but they do not give me the option of resizing. Anyone have any thoughts? Because I know these pictures of Samson and Lucy (below) are rather large, and I don't want to call THAT much attention to my kitties ... lol. Thanks for any help!

Let me see what I can do with them, and then I can send them to you via email. I am a photographer and web designer, so I'm used to resizing all the time.

I appreciate the offer. Total file size in a signature can only be 30 Kb. Complete signature can only be 150 pixels tall.

I just sent you a PM about how you want me to send them... I just alos checked the pixel size to what you just posted... the 50% images should fit. but I'll send you the 75% as well.

I'm a total comptuer/web geek. I'm good at scanning as well as basic work on images. I'm not so good at miracles. That's Miracle Max's job.

This was easy enough.

I use The GIMP, which is also free, but a little confusing, at least it was to me. I was used to PHotoshop, but when the HD that had it crashed, I lost it. Long story. I was informed about The GIMP.

it turned out quite nice, huh? i use paint, & paint alone for my sigs, so it is doable - they don't look quite as professional, but that way i'm able to change the pix when i get a really good one of someone!
