Reintroducing sick cat

Bitsy has been very sick for two weeks. My other cat, Spock, apparently thought she smelled wrong and hissed and swpied at her. So I separated them for several days. Bitsy lived in my room, and Spock lived in the rest of the house. Naturally, Spock got jealous. Now Bitsy is better, but not strong enough to hold her own against Spock, who weighs 13 pounds. Spock now attacks her whenever he gets a chance. How is the world do I reintroduce them? They used to be best friends. They are both my cuddle babies.

Chances are that Bitsy still smells funny due to her illness. Put a dab of vanilla extract on you finger and then rub both cat's foreheads and base of tail (one dab per cat). This will make them smell the same which should reduce Spock's grumpiness.
