Will bleach affect silkscreening?

I would say it would really depend on the type of ink used. You might could get away with a non-chlorine bleach, especially if it's something that's stained so that it's not going to make a whole lot of difference (i.e. you're not going to be using/wearing it anyway with the stain so you're really not risking a whole lot.)

Under the cats, mostly.
As far as I'm aware, bleach will affect anything fabric - I tend to use something like Oxyclean - it takes absolutely everything and anything out of fabrics - it even took the ink stain out of a silk dress of mine! It's very good stuff and all it produces is oxygen.... maybe that's worth a try instead of going for the really strong whack?

I wouldn't think so..maybe depending on the quality of the print. Ink isn't really considered "fabric", it's probably some sort of acrylic enamel based ink, printed onto/into the fabric. There are sooo many types of silkscreening inks out there, it's hard to say exactly what it is.
There are also heat transfers that can look like silkscreening, but fade faster.

P.S. I have a light colored silkscreened Steelers T-shirt that i have washed & bleached several times, it never affected the print.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. If it doesn't work "oh well" it can't be worn now anyway
