I have an appointment in an hour with my retinologist (a doctor who specializes in the retinas, the thin membrane behind the eyes). I had surgery on my retinas in the past b/c they were tearing, so now I have to see the retinologist once a year.

Lately I've had some discomfort in the back of my eyes, so I'm sort of worried. So, if y'all can spare any good vibes that the doc doesn't find anything wrong with my retinas, "eye"'d greatly appreciate it! Thanks y'all
.

I'm sending prayers, not vibes. I am asking the Lord to heal your eyes. He is still in the healing business. I have seen many miracles. Be encouraged. God bless.

All I can say is...thank God for all of this rain!! Normally when I see this doctor, it takes about 3 hours to get in and out b/c he's the only retinologist in town. FORTHUNATELY, about 10 people cancelled b/c of the rain and winds. I was in and out in HALF AN HOUR!!!
That never ever happens!

Some good news- my retinas and eyes in general are all fine (except for the fact that I'm almost blind!). My eyes are fully dialated right now, so if this is filled with typos, I apologize.

Gonna go celebrate the good news now
. Thank you everyone for your good vibes and prayers- they really work!

Late catching up with this, Amy, and glad to hear that your eyes are healthy -- at least poor vision can be corrected. And by now the dilated pupils will have returned to normal -- don't you just HATE that feeling, though? UGH!

Wanna know the sad thing? My eyes are STILL a bit dilated! I went to the grocery store this morning and ran into Bradley's aunt....she said, "Amy, you look stoned." (She knew why my eyes were dilated). I feel so odd having these big, black pupils!

Thanks for all the great vibes everyone

Amy I'm glad your appointment went well, and that your eyes are healthy!
Hopefully they'll undilate soon!
