My cat is funny!

Ok I thawed some pork chops out and they are in my kitchen sink setting in hot water well all of a sudden I heard a cat jump off the counter & and I went in the living room and there he is with a bag of the pork chops lol..

5 mins later he does it again..

Why do cats do that for?

I put frozen meats in a pan of hot water, then put the whole pan into the microwave simply to keep my cats from doing that.

Well actually, the oldest two, Spaz and Shadow, are my criminal cats

I guess you'll have to find some other way to thaw out your pork chops!!

Izzie loves pork chops too, but she waits until I cook it before she tries to help herself!! I usually put mine in a bowl of cold water and set it on the kitchen counter. Neither of my cats have ever bothered it while it was thawing.

I always use cold water to thaw meat.
