Well my Jordan is up to his old tricks. He was doing so good this summer, then all of a sudden he has started his being naughty at 4 in the morning. He hasn't done this in months, but his favorite thing is to scratch his claws down my window, which sounds an awful lot like nails on a chalk board. I just don't know what to do with him sometimes. He can be a very difficult cat to redirect. I put him in the bathroom one morning (with water & litter boxes of coarse) for a half hour while I got a little more sleep. Woke up, let him out & he walked right over to the window & started scraching it again. I know it's an attention getting behavior, but sometimes I will pet him & pay attention to him and if I'm not doing exactly what he wants he'll jump bakc in the window & do it again. When ever people tell me they want a smart cat, I say "Oh yeah, I've got one & trust me it's over rated." I love him, but I'm very tired.
