You can't. Best thing to do is trap her and take her in to be seen by a vet.

Oh ok that's what I figured.
Honestly, if it is not obvious that she is pregnant, it is much better to have her spayed right now than to wait and see. Aborting kittens is sad, but even sadder is the fate that befalls most kittens that are born outdoors.
In general, it is not easy to visually identify a pregnant cat until she is in the third trimester (6 weeks out of 9). Then, well, she starts getting wider. If you saw it you would definitely know it.

I just rescued a stray cat and had her spayed even though she was pregnant. Five kittens were aborted.
It was sad. But it would have been sadder to see five more homeless animals in the world.
