I think I will be having a chicken stir-fry tonight. I just have to remember to take the chicken out of the freezer!

Even though yesterday - the hottest day in October ever recorded in NE Wisconsin (87 degrees and humid) I sweated and made a double batch of Chili and Beef stew too I will make baked fish, rice pilaf and some type of veggie.

hot dogs and french fries here.
My mother would kill me....she always believed in having a nutritional meal...complete with veggies. Maybe I'll put extra ketchup on the fries? Although the potato is a vegetable..

Beef with gravy (sliced steak cooked with onions (it is good with or without onions) and a little soy sauce, add gravy and serve over rice and hard noodles). It is yummy!

Unless I stop at the grocery on the way home, it's Hamburger Helper.

lol As a college student, dinner will be whatever I can scrounge up that doesn't take too long to make.
Oh wait, my boyfriend doesn't work late tonight, so maybe I can make an effort to cook something. (Or maybe I can beg him to cook something.
) It's such a waste trying to cook for just one person!!

Well, I have a choice of reheating leftovers from Sunday - roast beef, mashed potatoes, etc. - or nuking something from the freezer.

The chicken stuffed with cheese and broccoli looks good...

I threw a couple hand fulls of dried minced onions, 4 tablespoons fresh minced garlic, a pinch of oregano, 4 tablespoons worcetershire sauce, 2 cups of water, 2 cups of beef boulion a pound of stew meat all into my crockpot.

Later I'll add two family sized cans of Campbell's vegetable Alphabet soup.

Cheap, easy veggie-beef soup, no prep time, no fuss, no muss, no mess

I don't know. Thats why I'm reading this thread.
I never finished my grocery shopping this week. I'm thinking about Grillers (artificial hamburger) with LTM and oven roasted potatoes with garlic.
