The best remedy for a cold

MIx 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup vinegar. Take tablespoon every two hours. It really does help.

Colds are miserable. I hope you and your hubby both feel better soon. In the meantime, remember, your body heals itself at rest.

I'll pass on the cold. Already got one, and it's really bad.
It's very rare for me to be sick more than a day or two. Now I've been sick for almost a week and it's not getting better.
And just to add to that, I've had to deal with PMS and now horrible cramps.

I feel so miserable!

Awww sorry you feel rotten - I hope it goes away soon. As Susan said it seems to be doing the rounds at the moment - I had it last week. If it's any consolation it seemed to be a 48 hour thing. A good hot cup of honey and lemon worked a treat!!!!

Get well soon hugs on their way to you.
