I am so glad that you are being protective of your darling kitties.
I know that keeping them with you, while you try to find the right home for them, is not an easy choice.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring deeply about them.

Wow! I can hardly believe how alike they are! The smudges are exactly the same. How old is your kitty?

My kitty was 6 months old on the 6th, yesterday. Dad must've been white, since momma is a black stray. Yours look bigger. My Smudgie is not real big.

It's funny, from the picture I would have said Smudge was bigger than my two! They are real small compared to what they should be, particularly Napoleon. I think mine are around 5 months now.

I probably shoud've figured it out from the name "Napoleon"! I think Smudge weighs a bit over 5 1/2 pounds.

Oh they just have to go together! No telling what those two have been through before they got to you, and what all they have been through since you have done such an amazing job. I think either cat would be very depressed if seperated!

They are so sweet together! I hope that they can be adopted together. You sound like you are doing the right thing, hopefully your patience will come to a good end.
Do you have a link for "before" pictures?

I can't believe all this started only about 6 weeks ago!
Here they are on the steps outside before I brought them in.

These were taken a few days later.

This is Wellington

And here is Napoleon

Bless you for looking after these poor babies and restoring them to health!

BTW - in the top picture, I can see a cat face in the cat's side! Phew! I thought those people seeing the Madonna in a cheese sandwich were crazy!
