I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

You can often buy a complete suppliment that you add to the meat. It will have everything you could possibly need in one powder (or similar substance). Some feel that all that supplimenting is not necessary, and only suppliment with a few things (bone meal for calcium, omega 3's for skin and coat, possibly a digestive enzyme, things like that). You shouldn't need to suppliment extra taurine if you're feeding enough organ meat. (Heart is an excellent source of taurine).

I only supplement with salmon oil and vitamin E. Everything else the cat needs is in the food if one feeds muscle meat, organ meat and bone in good proportions.

Wysong "call of the wild" is the best. You gotta trust me on this one. it has everything. you should also add 1 omega gel capsule to food every other day. be sure to follow the directions, 1tsp per 3 ounces of raw meat. idealy, you should use thigh meat, chicken or turkey are readily available. and use organic meat.
