Hey everyone, i read these forums once in a while and so i thought i would finally join and say hi. The other day i took some shots of my cat outside which i thoguht were pretty nice.

The family cat, and im only 18 by the way, Is a 2 year old russian blue. Im pretty sure she is purebred as we waited about 6 months on a waiting list for her and she was also quite pricy
. She is our only cat and we are considering getting another one. Her name is Lisa and she loves to sit outside on the deck. we dont let her around outside by herself but she is allowed to go on the deck as we have blocked off the stairs and one of the edges where she could excape with extra door screens. I would say she is very lazy and her day consists of sleeping and looking out the window. She does like to play with toys but definatley not as much as she used to when she was a kitten. Feel free to ask for more info on her or the breeeder.

P.S I also had a question, sometimes when shes sitting her back(not the spine but just the hair/skin) kinda jitters/spams randomly like someone just pinched her and she starts licking at it(not everytime) is this normal?

Welcome to TCS....that is a very pretty cat you have. If you are considering another cat...you may want to talk to the breeders in this forum about who they recommend going through. We have lots of responsible breeders here.

Welcome to TCS!!!

The spasm could be a bug bite or could be just the kind of itch that you and I get every once in a while, I would keep an eye on her to see if it gets worse though.

its not a bite, shes always had and its always been the same. Its funny really, it looks like a wave going down her back. Sometimes it irritates her and sometimes she doesnt notice.
