posting photos

Can anyone tell me what online photo hosting they use to post pics here? I have tried shutterfly,webshots,msn,imagestation and none of them work here? Which the pictures work fine in other forums.
And how to make my file attachments smaller? It tells me they are to big to post. I will appreciate any help I can get.

I use Adobe, or for multiple pics try Care2 or Ofoto.

In Adobe, to bring the pic down to size, theres a pull down menu that lists inches/pixels/etc...go to pixels, and type in 400 in both boxes (height and width), thats the max size for this board.
