Everynight I play with my two cats (one kitten one cat) to calm them down before bed.

Everynight they still get hyper beyond belief and quite aggressive with their playing. They run around, chase eachother, ram into things, run all over me, etc.

Is there ANYTHING I mean anything I can do other then playing with them before bed to get them to be less agressive with their playing at night? Or am I doomed to no sleep until the kitten grows up a little more?

How old are they?

If they are babies (like less than a year), I think they will grow out of it.

Another thing to do which I think has helped me...well, it's actually a combination of things.

I'll play with them at a set time of the night...THEN feed them. I also play with them a bit in the morning before feeding time. What they've learned is play, then eat. The process of eating tires them out MORE I think than actual play time.

Also I cannot stress how much Feliway has changed my life. And my kitties.

The kitten starts to pant heavily after about 15-20 minutes of play with da bird. I also feed them both late right before I go to bed so they are full. It just seems to get worse.
