Vomitting

I've got a kitty at the age of 8 weeks and he's been vomitting since last night. As we speak, he's going to the vet and hopefully eevrything will be fine. But just out of curiousity, what kinds of illness are associated with Vomitting, not eating/drinking, no diahrea, and lack of energy. It seems really general, but i was curious what may have gotten him sick. I was thinking more in the lind of a fever. Please give me some inputs thanks~!

He just came back from the vet and luckily he wasn't having a fever. But the old thing is that she's still not eating but she's not vomitting anymore. We just had another kitten passaway today, could it be that he's sad? seems like a far stretch, but hoping for some inputs~

Your other cat died of this today????? I am confused. Does your vet know this? If this is the case,I would have some tests done. Good luck healthy vibes coming your way. Sorry to hear about the other baby.
