We have this really neat store here called Tuesday Morning. They sell home goods (like cups, pillows, holiday decorations- a little bit of EVERYTHING). I went there a few weeks ago to look for fall decorations.

Now, I don't usually buy figurines, but I saw this and couldn't resist! The kicker? It was only $5

Wow, there is a Tuesday Morning down the road, and I have never been in it. I'll have to give it a try!

do you know how collectible these "whimiclay Cats" are? I have picked up several from local junk stores and have quite a collection. These retail at anywhere from 20-50 bucks and are usualyl found in higher end shops. The lady that makes these has MANY other styles of cats and other animals too. They are selling pretty good on ebay too right now. Very VERY collectable! very hot right now.

Well I'm just going to stop there tonight after looking at A NEW CAR!!! and see if they have one (if you don't mind??)
Lots of my friends never go there for stuff-they have the best prices on wrapping paper and I've spent enough there!!

That poor kitty looks like she's been poked in the mouth by a bunch of cocktail toothpicks with little signs on them or something.

Amitya, I had no idea that there is a collection of these cats (this is the only one they had). Looks like I definitely have to start a collection now!

How cute, Amy!!! Good thing there isn't an Tuesday Morning around here. I collect cat figurines, but our apartment is so teeny, I don't have much more room!

Gail I LOVE LOVE LOVE those cats!!! I especially like the 2nd one, of the cat holding the kitten
. I went to that WhimsiCat website and the prices were so high...I'm going to have to keep scouring Tuesday Morning and/or Ebay to get deals on 'em...

What kind of car do you think you're going to get?
