Hi Everyone! I was thinking today of things that let me know that my Peety and Piglet are happy... Piglet lays on my lap while I pet her and she just purrrrsss away! Peety will lay next to my on the couch and just stares at me... Then he will
wink at me! Too cute! What do your cats do????

Well mine do "cat stuff" purr, head-butt, lick, knead, etc... They aren't secretive about it!

Catsy doesn't purr that often or readily, but she will do so when relaxed and has a human to rub her belly or her back. even then her purrs are rather inaudible and gentle.

When I get back from work, she'll come up to the door and greet me with high-pitched meows and RRRRrr? sounds which actually sound like questions! "Where have you been? Why are you always coming home so late?" Then she'll headbutt and rub her chin and cheeks on my toes.

Her little son- Wukong, purrs really loudly! When he hasn't seen us for a while, he'll purr and purr when we pick him up or even just when he hears our voices approaching the door. Even when we're doing objectionable things to him like cleaning his eye gunk, he'll squirm and try to get away but the purring won't stop for a moment. Such a sweet boy.

My cats puuuurrrrr, give me smiles (they look at me and slowly close there eyes and open them again), and make contented sighs. Kelvin will present his belly for a rub (a big honour) and lots and lots of headbuts from Phoebe.

Foxy is very vocal and makes funny 'chirps' when she happy

Loving my beautiful baby girl
I love seeing my babies happy!

Sierra walks around with her tail straight up and her eyes so bright, she makes her pretty little smile, head butts me, purrs just like music to my ears, gently kneads and snuggles up!

Serenity is a little purr box, kneads all over me, chirps like a little birdie, rolls around with her toys and runs wildly all about!

My two babies always greet me the door. Pepper is the vocal one, she meows and purrs, wants nothing but my attention when I get home
and sometimes she'll just meow until you pick her up and cuddle her, she's such a cutie
Pixie will knead, then curl up and go to sleep on your lap, head, arm...just about anything she can

Marat will get on my lap facing me, stretch his little paws up (no claws) on my shoulder and start purring. I call it a kitty hug. He also knows I find it adorable enough I can't resist giving him a kitty treat.

Napoleon chirps at me -- sometimes he wails but it's a good thing, he will be telling me he wants to eat or he wants to play...he also purrrrrrrrs.
Cassie will roll around like Madonna, and start "scraping" along her comfort zones...like her scratching post or her favorite cardboard box, or she starts rolling around on top of her catnip mice. She also kneads my big stuffed Winnie the Pooh bear

Harley purrs soooo loud when he's happy, I just love it!
He also gives me kitty kisses and hugs, I love those the best

When he wants to be picked up and loved, he'll try and crawl up my leg and jump into my arms, he's such a love bug, I can never resist cuddling with him

Milo is a purrer, he'll clean my arm when he's giving himself a bath in my lap, and he'll also rub up against me as he's walking by. Pixie will lay on me in bed and put her head back for chin scratches. When she's really happy she'll drool on me when I'm petting her - a little gross, but very cute!!!

They all do something different:
when I pet Tom he looks at me and slowly closes he's eyes and opens them. He also purrs a bit.
Or he'll start following me around and rub himself on my leg

Kata purrs loudly and lets me rub her belly

Sophie puts her tail up, lets me pet her, purrs, slowly closes her eyes and opens her.. she does everything. She's the most expressive and vocal one. [siamese of course
]

Mafy puts her tail up, purrs very softly and meos very quietly [she's timid]

Max does something odd.. he walks in front of me and then lay down. Moving his head in a really funny way. If I move past him he lifts his tail and does the same action again.
He also comes to me at night and starts kneediing [knitting.. I'm not sure of the word] thats the only time he purrs.

and all of them rush to the garden if I go outside with their tail up.
