They are showing the Australian Rules Football Grand Final LIVE (I think) on Fox Soccer Channel!
So we'll be staying up late tonight to watch this game.
We're rooting for the Sydney Swans.
We try to keep up with the league all year, but it's tough because they only show one game per week, which is on Thursday nights and starts at midnight, and then the highlights on Friday night at midnight.

I know this is like asking about the Superbowl in the US during the coin toss, but who else is watching this?

I live in Perth and we just watched it live - being that one of our two AFL teams, the West Coast Eagles, is in the final this year for the first time since 1994 when they won. Let me just say it was the most exciting final (and the closest) I've seen in as many years as I can remember - I was literally running around the lounge in circles pulling my hair and squealing!!!

It will be WELL worth staying up to watch - how cool that you are into footy!!!

WOW was that a great game!!!
Real heartbreaker for the Eagles to be that close, but seeing as the Swans haven't won a final in almost 75 years - they were due!!

And yes, it was definitely well worth staying up until 2:00 in the morning to watch that.
