I'm sad

Its going to be my first weekend along since DH left Last weekend my parents were with me so I had something/someone to keep busy with me. I don't know what I'm going to do...


maybe I'll hit the mall....

I actually found a new wedding band that I'd love to get dh.

Think that would be a nice suprise for him?

I know you probably do not know me all that much, and I have not been around the boards much lately, but I want you to know that I understand completely how you feel <<Big Hug>> My hubby was deployed on Monday downrange, and this is my first weekend without him, too. *sigh* Now, if only time would speed up and our guys would get home, right? I hope that things get a bit easier for you. This is our first deployment as a couple (he was in Saudi before we were married) so this is the longest we have been apart.
I will be thinking of you...

i hate it when charlie goes out,i feel as if ive lost a part of me,and i wander around looking for stuff to do,i normally end up going to sleep.

Hugs to Beth and CycleSarah! I remember when my now ex-hubby would deploy! He was in the Navy, and would be gone for 6 months at a time. I would sleep in a big shirt of his until his smell was gone. It is quite an adjustment to sleep alone, and of course you are worried.

I love the idea of choosing a new ring for him. And I thank you again for his service, and your support of him. Prayers for his safety, and for Mr. Sarah, too!
