This fountain was purchased because it was not plastic and saw it on a site on constipation for cats and was promoted as one that cats would use.
However, it is expensive. It is very heavy,...
Well i bought this after reading about this in the forum here, because i recently moved with my cat from my home country to europe. My home country being Brazil, my cat has short hair and is...
I had to use a dropper with this since it was kind of hard to put it in my cat's ears. I cleaned my cats ears first, then I put the R-7M cleaner in her ears. Next, I inserted 10 drops into each...
It is the most economical litter I have ever used. I only put a layer of litter in the pan that will cover half the pan. As the cats use it, it turns to sawdust. When its all dust you dump it....
its about time animals begin to recieve more rights.......i hope it passes....it would be good to know in a disaster....a disaster big enough to disallow me to get my kits....which believe me it would have to be cities sinking in the ground....its just good to know that there a is real possibility that my kits may be rescued.
I heard on Fox News that animals are definitely being thought of more with Rita than they were with Katrina because of how many people stayed because there was no place they could go with their pets. They said that there are a lot of shelters for Rita that will allow people to bring their pets.

That's what I was saying before ! That a lot of the people were staying behind because the shelters wouldn't accept pets, hotels/motels wouldn't accept pets, and then when they started on the rescue operation THEY wouldn't accept pets either! The non-pet owning populace just didn't "get" it. Maybe they do now.

I heard that on Ellen a couple days ago too! They're also allowing them on busses.
Excellent. I know I wouldn't leave a disaster area without my critters...and I'm obviously not the only one! Good for the government for recognizing that people need their pets.
I am so glad that the society is finally recognizing the importance of pets! In San Diego, my daughter was allowed to take her dog on the city transit buses as long as he was in a crate. We first found out when we met an elderly lady riding the bus to take her cat to the vet (thankfully, just for a routine check-up). Now, THAT's a city with COMPASSION!
